Since the original release of the systematic sequence of the S. cerevisiae genome in 1996, there have been changes to the nucleotide sequence of some of the chromosomes. This table contains summaries of the changes made to the systematic nucleotide sequence represented by SGD, the source of these changes, and a link to a table explaining ORF name changes.
