Chromosome VI Updates
Update 1
2001-05-29, submitted by Kara and Anand
Source
Notes
We received a direct notification from MIPS about
the following sequence changes; we did not have this change in SGD, so
the sequence was edited.
Sequence change(s)
This update removed 1 nucleotide at coordinate 46151; the nucleotide
'G' at this position was deleted. Due to this sequence change, YFL043C
is now part of YFL042C. The old coordinates for YFL042C and YFL043C
were 47745-46078 and 46157-45720, respectively. The new coordinates
for YFL042C are 47744-45720 and the source exons are 1-2025.

Notes
We received a direct notification from MIPS about the following
sequence changes; we did not have this change in SGD, so the sequence
was edited.
Sequence change(s)
This update inserted 1 nucleotide at coordinate 75751; the nucleotide
'C' was inserted at this postion. Due to this sequence change, the
coordinates for the ORF YFL031W changed. The old coordinates for
YFL031W were 75178-75780. The new coordinates are 75177-76145 and the
source exons are 1-661, 914-969.
