McCormick MA and Kennedy BK (2010) Old Yeast Can't Handle the Noise. Mol Cell 39(5):659-61
Abstract: In this issue of Molecular Cell, Feser et al. (2010) show that aging yeast lose chromatin-associated histones and, furthermore, that correcting this deficiency robustly enhances replicative life span, indicating that loss of normal chromatin packing contributes to the aging process.CI - Copyright (c) 2010 Elsevier Inc.
