Abstract: Isoenergetic microarrays were applied to study the structure of processed S. cerevisiae tRNA(Phe) and its unmodified transcript. Results of hybridization experiments demonstrate significant differences in binding of both RNAs. The microarray mapping approach provides similar structural information as traditional chemical or enzymatic mapping, but is superior in several ways.
