Kellis et al. also predicted a protein in the same frame, but with a 19 amino acid N-terminal deletion relative to the ORF predicted by Brachat et al. SGD has changed the annotation to that predicted by Kellis et al., based on conservation of that start site in sensu stricto strains of Saccharomyces.
