However, following publication of Davis-Kaplan et al. 2004, and upon consultation with the concerned researchers, it was clear that the Calcoflour White Hypersensitivity phenotype was from YCL005W-A, an ORF that overlaps YCL007C. Hence, SGD has made CWH36 the standard name of YCL005W-A and changed the ORF type for YCL005W-A to Verified. CWH36 is also the alias name of YCL007C, and the ORF type for YCL007C has been changed to Dubious. |
