SUMMARY PARAGRAPH for SNX3

Snx3p contains the PX domain found in human SNX1 (Sorting Nexin-1). Localized predominantly to the cytosol, a minor amount of Snx3p associates with membranes. In vps27 mutant cells, Snx3p-HA localizes in the prevaculoar compartment.
