Name	Relevance	Description
SAK1	Nomenclature conflict	PAK1 has been used to refer to both YER129W, a protein kinase that has been shown to phosphorylate Snf1p, and PRK1/YIL095W, a protein kinase involved in the regulation of the actin cytoskeleton. Note that neither protein is the ortholog of the mammalian p21-activated protein kinase PAK1.
